The strategic importance of the commercialization of European space transportation

 

COMPANY PROFILE

Rocket Factory Augsburg’s (RFA) goal is to provide uncomplicated, customized and at the same time affordable access to space. To this end, we are developing the most powerful and at the same time most affordable rocket for payloads up to 1,300kg.

The special feature here is our staged combustion engine which high efficiency and performance allows us up to 30% more payload or higher orbits. A highly innovative feature is our orbital stage, which can deploy several satellites precisely at different locations in orbit – a last-mile delivery in space.

In addition, we will produce our technically superior and largely reusable RFA ONE cheaper than the competition and almost fully automated – like on a car manufacturer’s assembly line.
