Tickets

We will provide you with voucher codes for your stand personnel, which you can redeem here for exhibitor tickets. These exhibitor tickets include access to the exhibition grounds during all opening hours for exhibitors and to the B2B platform as a seller, as well as unlimited free access to the conferences.

Access for vehicles during assembly and dismantling

During set-up and dismantling periods, access to the exhibition centre is possible against a deposit of EUR 100 (in cash). Please note that only cash payments are possible.

Provided the maximum permitted length of stay is not exceeded, the deposit will be refunded on exit.

Maximum length of stay:

  • Lorry: 3 hours
  • Car: 1 hour

Diese Exhibitor Tickets beinhalten den Zutritt zum Messegelände zu allen Zugangszeiten für Aussteller und zur B2B-Plattform als Seller sowie den unbegrenzten kostenfreien Zugang zu den Konferenzen.

Einfahrt während des Auf- und Abbaus​

Während der Auf- und Abbauzeiten ist die Einfahrt auf das Messegelände gegen Hinterlegen einer Kaution in Höhe von 100 EUR (in bar) möglich. Beachten Sie bitte, dass ausschließlich Barzahlungen möglich sind.

Sofern die erlaubte maximale Aufenthaltsdauer nicht überschritten wird, wird die Kaution bei der Ausfahrt erstattet.

Maximale Aufenthaltsdauer:

  • LKW: 3 Stunden
  • PKW: 1 Stunde

Booth numbers

We will automatically send your booth number by email to the contact you provided on the registration form. Booth numbers will likely be sent out during the week of 25 August 2025.

Standnummern

Ihre Standnummer versenden wir automatisch per E-Mail an den Kontakt, den Sie im Anmeldeformular angegeben haben. Der Versand der Standnummern findet vermutlich in der Woche ab dem 25. August 2025 statt.

Floorplan

We will send you a proposal for the positioning of your booth within the venue. We will send this to the contact person you specified in your registration. If you are not satisfied with this proposal, please let us know after receiving it. These floor plans will likely be sent out during the week of 25 August 2025.

Sie erhalten von uns einen Vorschlag für die Positionierung Ihres Standes in der Halle von uns. Diesen senden wir an den Kontakt, den Sie in Ihrer Anmeldung angegeben haben. Sollten Sie mit diesem Vorschlag nicht zufrieden sein, lassen Sie es uns nach Erhalt bitte wissen. Der Versand dieser Hallenpläne findet vermutlich in der Woche ab dem 25. August 2025 statt.

B2B Meetings

The B2B meetings are the most important tool for you as an exhibitor to acquire new customers at Airtec. You should therefore DEFINITELY make use of this tool. On this digital platform, you can use keywords to specify the services or products you offer and thus find targeted buyers and high-ranking technical representatives from OEMs, first-tier suppliers and governmental institutions. You can arrange personal 30-minute meetings in advance, which will then take place on site at your exhibition booth or in the B2B/VIP lounge area.
