We are a dynamic, forward-looking, and internationally active company in aerospace and Future Air Mobility. IGF Innovative Global Fairs GmbH specializes in the design and realization of technological trade fairs, B2B meetings, and conferences.
Due to our strong growth, we are immediately looking for project and sales managers, as well as project and sales assistants, to expand our trade fair organization and sales teams. You love trade fairs, travel, and have a passion for flying. A degree in aerospace, business, economics, or cultural economics, as well as perfect language skills in German and English are required. Another language such as French, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous.
Your personality profile should also include a good demeanor, flexibility, customer empathy, and a passion for trade fairs and flying. Excellent digital skills are required. Your tasks include the entire trade fair organization before, during, and after the fair. This involves exhibitor and visitor support, exhibitor recruitment, creating offers, invoicing, press work, visitor acquisition, managing B2B meetings before and during the fair, and further exhibitor and visitor support.
